Keep kids’ teeth clean.
No tea, juice or sweet drinks in baby’s bottle. No bottle in bed.
Feed kids healthy food.
Brush teeth for two minutes with a soft toothbrush. Brush teeth in circles. Brush all sides of every tooth and gum.
Brush after breakfast and before bed.
You can remind the kids to brush their teeth!
See a dentist regularly. Ask your local health centre about how kids can go to the dentist for free.
