Video: Teenagers with chronic conditions: introduction

This video looks at the impact of having a chronic illness in adolescence. Doctors, parents and teenagers talk about the strain of ongoing medical treatment. Some teenagers miss a lot of school, as well as opportunities to socialise. But it’s still important to encourage independence for these teenagers and to help them find ways to get involved in normal teenage activities.
