Video: Teenage bullying: parent perspectives

9-15 years

In this short video, mums and dads describe their experiences of bullying when they were at school. They share their perspectives on bullying in the teenage years, including cyberbullying, and offer tips on helping children deal with bullying. For example, they suggest:

  • teaching children to stand up for themselves
  • helping children find positives in their lives
  • working with schools to sort out the problem.
