Barbara Minuzzo is Senior Project Coordinator and bilingual peer educator team leader at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne Safety Centre. She has over 20 years experience and postgraduate qualifications in health promotion.

Barbara is a certifier for the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre on Community Safety Promotion.

Barbara is responsible for the Victorian Safe Communities Network (VSCN) Secretariat. She is also co-chair of the Australian Safe Communities Foundation; an interim board member of the International Safe Community Certifying Centre; a member of the Pan Pacific Safe Communities Network Board (America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia); and a member of the Communities That Care Australia Board.
