Video: How autism spectrum disorder affects parent-child relationships

In this short video, parents talk about their relationships with their children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). They explain how their children’s ASD shapes these relationships. Levels of communication and affection are sometimes limited, but this can change over time. Parents say they have fun with their children as they build warm and loving relationships.
